We've all been there. Cold wintry nights with nothing to do. It's too cold to go out, you've got your favourite wine and popcorn at arm's reach. All you want to do is snuggle under your blanket and immerse yourself in good cinema. I don't think that is much to ask, is it? But what exactly should you watch? Something that you won't get sucked into like a marathon of Six Feet Under but at the same time super engrossing.
CracksI just watched this last night and I can't help but love Eva Green's crazy character. She does end up in all these psychotic/possessed roles which she does complete justice to. This movie will suck you in like a vacuum with its melancholic atmosphere and summer nostalgia.
Girl Most Likely ToA TV movie written by Joan Rivers about a once ugly* girl who just wanted to be loved and appreciated. She gets plastic surgery after an accident which turns her into a cookie cutter beautiful woman. One of the best revenge movies of all time which never got its due.
* Societal norms have dictated features that are ugly or beautiful but we all know that it is highly subjective.
